Shipping

Shipping within the United States is at a flat rate of $5 via First Class USPS.  Orders over $30 will ship for free.  Allow 1-2 business days for handling.  Delivery time is typically 3-5 days.

International shipping is not currently available.  Please enjoy our PDF downloads and telehealth resources. 

Return Policy

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a 100% refund.  

The purchaser is responsible for return postage.

Due to the digital nature of downloads, we are unable to offer refunds on the PDF downloads and telehealth games.  If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please contact us for assistance.
