Train Your Brain is the ultimate cognitive behavioral skill game. It helps children learn the basics of CBT, including recognizing self-talk, rescripting thoughts, thought stopping and replacement, and recognizing when alternative coping skills are needed. There are four categories of cards:

Stay Upbeat - These cards challenge kids to think of the best in situations. Kids will learn the benefit of redirecting thoughts to the positive side of things rather than dwelling on the things that are not going well.
